Why is my progress not tracking correctly?

In order for your progress status listed in courses to change, you must complete every part of the section. In most cases, something was simply missed along the way and re-clicking through the section will fix the problem.

If you re-click through the whole course and the problem still exists, you probably need to adjust your browser settings. Our module uses Active Server Pages. In order for these to function properly, you will need to use certain browser settings. The default browser settings should be fine, but in case these have been changed you can click here for instructions on how to fix you browser settings.
